CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be in love with you Sultry Saturday pieces. This is why we are happy to offer free exchanges / returns on all full priced items for store credit. To return your items, please contact email@example.com with your order number and request a return form. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit gift card. This can be used within a 12 month period storewide.
We are unable to accept returns on the below:* Worn, damaged or used items.* Items returned without its original packaging or tags.* Items purchased on sale.* Items returned without a returns form.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / AN ITEM WAS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with an image of your order so we can resolve this for you as soon as possible!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days, this excludes preorders. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email update with your tracking number.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days. Please note, there are delays to dispatch time during sales and product launches/ restocks.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Orders shipped using the standard JNE shipping service will arrive within 3-10 business days once dispatched. Orders shipped using the express JNE shipping service will arrive within 1-3 business days once dispatched.
If you order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact JNE before contacting the Sultry Saturday team.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We offer free standard delivery for all Indonesian domestic orders over IDR 300.000. For orders under 300.000 shipping is calculated at check out.
