CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN PLACED?


Please place your order carefully as we are unable to make changes once your order has been placed. If you need to change your address, you can contact your courier directly to update




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY


We want you to be in love with you Sultry Saturday pieces. This is why we are happy to offer returns on all full priced items for store credit. To return your items, please contact hello@sultrysaturday.com with your order number and request a returns form.
Returned postage costs are not covered by Sultry Saturday. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit gift card. This can be used within a 12 month period store wide.
We are unable to accept returns on the below:* Worn, damaged or used items.* Items returned without its original packaging or tags.* Items purchased on sale.* Items returned without a returns form.




I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / AN ITEM WAS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WHERE IS MY ORDER?


All orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days, this excludes preorders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email update with your tracking number. If 4 business days have passed and you have not received an email, please contact hello@sultrysaturday.com for assistance.




WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?


All orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days. Please note, there are delays to dispatch time during sales and product launches/ restocks.




WHEN WILL I RECEIVED MY ORDER?


Orders shipped using the standard JNE shipping service will arrive within 3-10 business days once dispatched. Orders shipped using the express JNE shipping service will arrive within 1-3 business days once dispatched.
If you order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact JNE before contacting the Sultry Saturday team. For more information, please refer to our shipping page.




HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?


We offer free standard delivery for all Indonesian domestic orders over IDR 300.000. For orders under 300.000 shipping is calculated at check out.
